Donation Campaign Details

• Total Amount to be Raised: 800,000,000 $MEME

• Stages: The campaign is divided into 40 stages, with a goal of 20,000,000 $MEME for each stage.

• Minimum Donation: Each donation must be at least 1SOL

Fundraising Goals

• Goal for Phase One: Raise 1000 SOL.

• Subsequent Phases: Starting from Phase Two, each phase will aim to raise 1% more ETH than the previous phase. As the donation amount increases, the $MEME rewards for each ETH donated will gradually decrease.

Countdown Mechanism

• Donation Countdown: A 96-hour countdown will be initiated when the donation process starts.

• Each new donation will add an additional 60 seconds to the countdown, up to a maximum of 96 hours.

• Once the countdown ends, any remaining tokens, regardless of the donation phase, will be destroyed.

Initial Liquidity

• After the donation period ends, 10% of the total funds raised will be added to the initial liquidity based on the donation distribution.

Claiming and Refund Policy

• Claiming Rewards: Rewards can be claimed after the donation period ends.

• Refund Policy: A 50% refund option will be available for 7 days after $MEME adds initial liquidity. Once rewards are claimed, refund requests will not be accepted, and refunded $MEME will be immediately destroyed.
